Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All Sheep Nerd products are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at support@sheepnerd.com. Please include your order number and at least one clear photo of the issue. If a photo is not submitted, a replacement/refund will not be approved.

For DTG (Direct To Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations

If the order hasn’t been sent to production yet, we can try to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sheepnerd.com and include your order number. We’ll do our best to let you know if it’s still possible.

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it may not be possible to request cancellation at this point.

Shipping upgrade

If you’d like to upgrade your shipping, Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sheepnerd.com and include your order number. We’ll do our best to let you know if it’s still possible and the cost associated with it.

Late or missing funds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sheepnerd.com.
